What we collect

If you sign up for updates, we store your email address, which updates you asked for (The Stanley or future invitationals), which form you used, and when. Earlier sign-ups may also include a first name and a broader update choice, which we keep as you gave them.

To prevent abuse of the sign-up forms, we keep a short-lived counter keyed to a one-way scrambled version of your network address. We cannot recover the address from it, and it is deleted within a day.

If you are invited to an invitational, we store the details needed to run it, such as your name, RSVP, room, ride, and payment status. Guest Access uses a one-time sign-in link sent to the email on your invitation.

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and a few clicks, like opening Guest Access or joining the list. These analytics do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

Only to send the updates you asked for and to plan the invitationals you are part of. We do not sell or rent your information.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our database and hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel), who process it on our behalf. Invitational pages may also load weather data and embedded music from third parties.

To stop receiving updates, or to ask us to correct or delete your information, email us at hello@phgsgolf.com and we will take care of it.
